Curious about our sizing? Here is a general size chart for our Wolcott Takemoto branded clothing. Please note that this does not necessarily apply to our Kintsugi vintage pieces. We include specific measurements on each product page for our vintage pieces. For any specific questions, please email us at info@wolcott-takemoto.com!

Where is your clothing made?

All of our Wolcott Takemoto clothing is made in the heart of the Garment District in Midtown Manhattan. Our vintage clothing is sourced worldwide and all alterations are done by us.

"I'm a stylist. Do you loan pieces for shoots or movies?"

Yes we do! We also offer our styling and sourcing services. Email info@wolcott-takemoto.com for all inquiries.

"Why do you include garment care instructions on your vintage pieces?"

Taking care of your garments properly add years of life to the garment, which reduces waste. Please be mindful of how often you are washing your garments, especially polyester and synthetic fabrics, as they add to environmental pollution. 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Amazon Pay and all major credit cards. Additionally, you can make monthly payments through Affirm!

"How much is shipping?"

Ground shipping is free for orders being shipped within the US! If you can't wait to receive your item, we offer UPS 3-day, 2-day or next day delivery. Rates are calculated based on your location and item weight at checkout.

How do you ship?

Free shipping is shipped ground USPS or UPS. All orders placed Monday thru Friday before 1pm EST will be processed the same day & shipped within 48 hours. Orders received after 1pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.  Please note that shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.  You will receive an email with your tracking information once the order has been processed.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is applicable only to orders being shipped within New York state.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! If you have any questions prior to placing an international order, please feel free to contact us!  

Returns

Request return authorization here

For Wolcott Takemoto original pieces: We will exchange or refund full-priced Wolcott Takemoto items received within 14 days of original purchase date. Sale items are final sale. All items must be unworn and in perfect condition with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if they do not meet the above standards.  Refused returns will be sent back.

For Kintsugi vintage pieces: We do our best to accurately describe and measure vintage pieces. We will note any noticeable defects. That being said, these items are vintage and pre-loved, so there will be signs of wear. We would never sell something that we wouldn't wear ourselves! Please take the time to make sure measurements match up against something of yours that fits you well. Vintage shoe sizing in particular varies compared to modern sizing, so please be sure to make sure the measurements work for you. We recommend getting vintage shoes re-soled to extend the life of the piece. Due to the nature of vintage clothing, Kintsugi pieces are eligible for store credit only return within 14 days of original purchase date. Sale items are final sale. All items must be unworn and in perfect condition with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if they do not meet the above standards.  Refused returns will be sent back.

Your account will be credited within 7 days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. If we are unable to fulfill an exchange, your original method of payment will be refunded. 

We do not cover return shipping costs unless there was a mistake on our end, which hopefully will not happen!

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.  We highly recommend that you send returns via traceable and insured carrier. We cannot refund international duties. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Gift Cards

Gift cards do not expire. Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

To redeem a gift card, enter the code in the "discount" field at checkout. If you return an item purchased with a gift card, your refund will be processed in store credit, which never expires.

Order cancellation or changes

We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.  If an order is refused at time of delivery, you are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  If you need to change the address or delivery of a package once it has been shipped, you are subject to the new shipping fees.
